Why Give

By donating to Civicorps Schools you:

  • help children and young adults learn;
  • help young adults get jobs;
  • improve the environment;
  • encourage youth and young adults to become active members of our democratic system; and
  • improve communities from within.
Make a secure online donation through Network for Good.

Annual giving keeps us going. This year, we have set an agency-wide goal of $300,000.

Civicorps Schools is able to provide an exceptional educational experience because of our community's strong commitment and desire to give back.

Donations help sustain the day-to-day costs of an education at Civicorps. Gifts also facilitate new programs and refine longtime programs.

Civicorps Schools is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization: all donations to Civicorps Schools are tax deductible. The Civicorps Schools Tax ID # is 94-2941068.

For more information on the Annual Fund or ways you can contribute, please contact Rebecca Grove, Director of Development, at (510) 992-7832.

Civicorps Schools offers many innovative ways to give: in-kind and matching gifts, donation by shopping, planned giving, and corporate giving.

Individual Giving: Includes monetary and in-kind donations.

Other Ways to Give: Includes donation by shopping, vehicle donations, bequests, and more.

    "In isolation, it's easy for our vision to fail and our hearts to grow cold. When we cultivate a sense of broader connection, we see further, we take more existence into account. In short, we find our place in the world."
