Transforming lives through
education and job training
Civicorps helps the East Bay’s highest risk young adults, age 18-26, embark on family sustaining careers by offering the tools and opportunities to:
- Earn a high-school diploma,
- Gain high-demand job skills, and
- Continue onto college and/or career technical education.
Civicorps has a 74% graduation rate and 82% of graduates are enrolled in college and/or employed one year after graduation.
Graduates, Kevin and Brandon, delivered powerful speeches that included original poetry during our June graduation ceremony.
In honor of Father’s Day, watch this incredible video by DetermiNation of soon-to-be Civicorps graduate, Dashawn, and his amazing story of becoming a father.
Our Science Teacher, Caitlin Cruz, was named by Assemblymember Nancy Skinner a 2014 STEM Women of the Year!
Join us for graduation on June 13th at 2 pm! Come celebrate out students’ success!
